These terms govern your use of Astroverse. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Astroverse provides astrology content (horoscopes, birth chart calculations) and connects you with independent astrologers for paid chat and voice/video consultations, billed per minute from your in-app wallet.
Entertainment, not professional advice
Astrology readings and astrologer consultations are provided for entertainment and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Astrologers on this platform do not guarantee outcomes, and no reading should be the sole basis for a major life, health, financial, or legal decision.
Your account
- You must provide accurate birth details — the accuracy of your chart depends on it.
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Wallet and billing
- Consultations are billed per minute, deducted from your wallet balance in real time once a session connects.
- A session ends automatically if your balance runs out mid-consultation.
- Wallet top-ups are processed via Razorpay. Refund requests for wallet balance or a specific session are reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact us to raise one.
Astrologers on the platform
Astrologers are independent — not Astroverse employees. We review applications and credentials before approving an astrologer to take consultations, and we act on complaints, but we don't guarantee the accuracy or outcome of any individual reading.
Acceptable use
Don't use the platform to harass astrologers or other users, attempt to circumvent billing, or misrepresent your identity or birth details in a way intended to defraud another party.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
